Inserat entspricht nicht wirklich den Bedingungen vor Ort.

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (Küche, Bett und Wohnbereich in einem Raum). Der "Balkon" ist eine Loggia/Winterraum ohne Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Der versprochene Blick vom "Balkon" in die Bündner Berge wird leider nicht erfüllt, es ist vorwiegend ein Blick Richtung Betonmauer und Nachbarhaus. "Balkon" = "Schiraum". Zudem recht hellhörig. Preis daher überteuert. Aber: Sauber, ausreichend Geschirr etc vorhanden, und vor allem sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Schitouren und Langlauftouren im wunderschönen Val Müstair.
