Newly remodeled home, 2 blocks from High School facilities, and minutes to popular wedding venues The Loft and The Pavilion at Bell Park. 5 mile Walking/biking trail entrance 2 blocks over, 2 blocks to downtown. All the comforts in this home provided. Nightly fee is for 1st guest, additional adults are $25 per night.

Beautiful home - everything you need

So glad to find this home while visiting family in Greenwood - much more convenient than driving into Fort Smith to a hotel every day. Beautiful decor, nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Best stocked rental property I've ever seen - had more than we needed. We will absolutely look for this property again next time we are in town.

We are glad we found this location in Greenwood; the home was nicely remodeled and very clean. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was fenced so our dog had a nice place to explore. We are in Greenwood five or six times a year visiting family, we will definitely be checking to see if Kathy’s home is available!

Perfect!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. I have been using vrbo for years and this owner is by far, the best! She is only a phone call away and makes sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend her and any of her properties. Already planning my next trip back!
