From the living room you can access the furnished terrace, and there is also a shower room. Because the holiday home is built on a slope, man has opened up a 160 sqm large panoramic terrace with cleaning groups and a wonderful view over the private pines on the private beach to the sea. Here is a seating area per apartment set up so that groups or friendly families can also sit together. About the panoramic terrace man now leads to more than 400 square meters large stylishly designed private beach on various sun terraces in the shade of their own pines or in the sun.
