This beautiful 1700 square foot house encompasses the feel of Tulsa’s suburb boom town years while having all of the modern updates and comforts that a traveler comes to expect. The house is located on a corner lot of a quiet and peaceful neighborhood in which its very common to see neighbors enjoying a daily walk or jog. 2 King beds, 1 fold-out full size, 1 Queen Air bed. One thing you will notice when you walk through the house is that it just seems to go on forever. The main living room is cozy and comfortable and includes a large 65” Smart TV. There are 2 full bedrooms, each come equipped with a luscious king size bed and 50” Smart TV, and one of the bedrooms has a small ½ bath. The 2nd living room includes a sofa that flattens out to a full size bed, and a 50” Smart TV is also included in this room. We’ve included a mattress topper and full size bed sheet sets for added comfort. For extra sleeping space, we’ve included a very comfortable queen size air mattress and matching sheet sets. The laundry room includes a brand new washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap and fabric sheets. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is stocked with all the dinner ware and utensils that you will need. We’ve included some complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for the K-Cup Coffee maker. Feel free to enjoy a beautiful Tulsa day out on the patio area with seating for 4.
