We had some issues with Big Fish, the property manager. My wallet was lost and it took several texts, emails, and phone calls on the day of check in to get it straightened out because I had to cancel the credit card I used to book the property and use a different one. Was able to get it worked out.
There is no pan or baking sheet so we cooked bacon in the microwave and used a pot to cook eggs. We enjoy cooking breakfast during our vacations. I do have to take a star off for that. We brought our own spices, cooking spray,etc.
There were no wrist bands in our room but the front desk gave us some, no problem.
You’re on the 2nd floor which is great. My smallest child was napping so I sat on the balcony and watched the rest of my family play in the pool and listened to the DJ. The room is located across the hall from a ballroom but there were no events and we had no issues with noise.
The people at the resort were amazing, so so nice and offered us so much help. We walked 2 blocks down to the pavilion several times. It’s an easy walk with a stroller.
