The holiday property consists of the ground floor, the 1. Upstairs of the house and the outside area.

The ground floor:
On the ground floor is a living / dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet with sink. The living room, both the dining / kitchen have direct access to the 25 m² terrace. The whole ground floor has a solid temperature at any time of the day thanks to the massive stone walls, although air conditioning is also very helpful.

The 1. Floor:
In the 1. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony, a second double bedroom overlooking the pool area, a bathroom and a balcony.

The outdoor area:
This consists of a 25 m² terrace right in front of the living / dining room, which is protected from strange eyes, a second 20 m² terrace with a brick charcoal grill next to the pool area, a separate summer kitchen with its own toilet and the great pool area.

The barbecue is on the terrace in front of the summer kitchen, so grilling here is very convenient. While the children are swimming in the pool and the women are relaxing on the sunbeds, the men have access to the barbecue area. Apart from the barbecue, there is also a "peka" available to prepare traditional Croatian dishes.

The summer kitchen: This small but fine detail is just the thing for pleasant stays next to the swimming pool. The summer kitchen is equipped with a small kitchen and a toilet with sink. In front of the summer kitchen is the furnished terrace with barbecue.

The swimming pool area: This is 50 m² and consists of the illuminated swimming pool and four sun loungers. Under the pool area is a Mediterranean garden.
