The beautiful, cozy apartment is located as a bungalow behind the main house at Maikoppel 5 and with around 49 m² of living space offers plenty of space for three or four people.
The apartment is divided into a living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own parking space. Free internet access (WLAN) is available.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa set, a dining area and a flat-screen satellite TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery. This kitchen invites you to cook together.
In the master bedroom there is 1 double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and in the second bedroom a bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, in addition there are bedside tables and wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath.
The apartment also has a beautiful terrace with a garden. Here garden furniture, awning and grill offer you the opportunity to spend relaxing hours.
The large adjacent meadow invites you to play football, badminton or table tennis. There is also a swing and sandpit for the little ones.
