Our over 3000sf spacious home, just outside of Las Vegas, is the ideal getaway. 5 Bedrooms (4 upstairs including 2 King / 2 Queen, 1 Downstairs), 3 Bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with a Private Pool and Billiards/Ping Pong Table. 7 total beds! Newly remodeled interior features Indoor Fireplace, multiple large Smart TV's and tons more entertainment!

Looking to relax outside, our home features a spacious Private Backyard including a Private Pool, BBQ, Firepit, outdoor seating with lounge chairs and beautiful outdoor lighting! You may also catch a sighting of our very own pet Dinosaur (Rusty the T-Rex)!

Looking for some adventure? Take a short trip to the Las Vegas Strip less than 15 miles away or Lake Mead is just 20 miles away. There are numerous options for local gorgeous hiking trails or local fabulous golf courses. Need a quick gambling fix? Green Valley Ranch is a quick 5 minute drive!

Las Vegas Pad

Plenty of supplies and Paul was very responsive to requests for help to turn the fireplace on and a light that wasn’t working. Some of the doorjambs and areas around door handles needed cleaning but overall it was perfect for our group and we were very comfortable. We would definitely return!

Great Getaway Spot

This place is wonderful for those who want to be near the strip, but appreciate a quiet, calm location to retreat from the action. In a quaint residential neighborhood, the lovely home was equipped with everything we needed. Of course our favorite amenity was the heated pool. I already miss floating around while enjoying the views of clear blue skies, the backyard palm trees, and, most of all, Rusty the T-Rex. We had a couple questions about the pool mechanisms and the host was super quick to respond. Thank you for your hospitality, Paul and crew!

Perfect place to stay.

It was awesome. We had 7 of us. 4 adults, 2 -17 year old boys and a 6 year old boy. Everyone including grandpa and grandma had a blast. The pool was great for cooling off and morning swims. The house was very spacious, we never felt crowded. It was actually very peaceful sitting in the backyard. Thank you Paul and family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect Stay!
