When it's time to hit the hay, choose from any of the three beds 12-inch memory foam mattresses - one King and two Queens - and for additional sleeping arrangements, the modular sofa in the front living area can be configured to create a cozy bed!

After a restful night's sleep, brew yourself a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy some of our complementary breakfast items!

Enjoy your day exploring Chandler, with hundreds of shops and restaurants within walking distance at Chandler Fashion Center, or hop in the car and be on the AZ loop 101 freeway in just a couple minutes and be on your way to anywhere in the Phoenix area!

Great place

The only draw back was that all the bath towels smelled bad. We washed all of them the first night. No more bad smell. We were glad there was a washing machine and dryer. The backyard was clean and tidey. Would definitely would stay again.

My least fav experience

I wrote out an entire novel about my experience here and this is my 5th time submitting it because I guess the app doesn’t want me to give this place a low rating. Long story short the neighbors will spy on you… Count the number of cars you have parked outside, report back to the owner who will send the police if they think there are too many people staying here! Cheap, outdated furniture, and the porch light doesn’t work so the house looks deserted. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Fun Stay!!!

This house was very nice. The backyard was bigger than it looked in the pictures. I really liked the location because it was right next to a bunch of stores and the mall. I would definitely stay again.

Great Home in a Wonderful Location

It is clear to see that there is pride in ownership when you walk into the Chandler home. It is clean and has plenty of upgrades. It is charming and comfy for a group of any size. We appreciated the double living rooms which allowed our kids to hang out and play games while the rest of the group enjoyed the large TV and coffee from the Keurig that is provided. We would definitely stay here again!
