The apartment on 41 sqm living space plus 5 sqm balcony is located on the first floor of the house Candela and has 2 bedrooms with laminate flooring. One is with double bed and the second bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) which is particularly suitable for children or adults, a living room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen, also a shower room. From the living room you come to the furnished balcony. On the ground floor in front of the house is the 160 sqm large panoramic terrace with seating and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea.
