About this property

Directly from private landlords rent a 40m2 apartment with large terraces with beautiful views of Rijeka and Kvarner bay. 1 bedroom (2 beds), a bathroom, an open space with living room (sofa + 2 persons), dining area and kitchen. On the terrace you can go out of the living room. The entrance to the house is general, then you go with stairs to terrace where is entrance in your apartment (also to another studio apartment for 3). The apartment is air conditioned. In the EC there is a large grill available. Parking is available on our private property in front of the house. The beaches are about 400m away, to Njivice center and from here you can reach it on foot. On the beaches are options for parking and many activities for children and entertainment.
In our house we rent two more apartments. This apartment is ideal for friends / family to combine with our studio apartment for 3 people sharing the terrace with you.
Njivice has a lot of tourist offer and rich recreational opportunities. Particularly interesting are the beautiful hiking trails and bike paths.
