Already when you cross with the ferry to the small island of Aarø, you can let this very special atmosphere affect you. The crossing takes only 7 minutes, then you are on the small paradise in the Little Belt, far from the stress of everyday life. Here it is never far to the water and to one of the beautiful bathing beaches. It is a quiet and relaxed place with shopping in the surrounding farm stores.

Brummers Gård has a restaurant where steaks are served from the Galloways, which of course have spent their happy lives on the lush meadows of the small island. Brummers also has bicycles, kayaks, fishing nets and trolleys for rent - in short, everything you need for an island excursion.

With the ferry Helene you can also take a trip to Haderslev, only 12 km away, a small town with an impressive cathedral.
