The custom-built double-bunk features two queen beds on the bottom, and two twin beds on top, separated by a short stairwell with non-slip grips. Each bunk bed has its own cubby niche, perfect for a water bottle and charging station, as well as luxe Beddy's brand bedding for a fun and easy night's rest. The bunk room also has a large floating desk and shelves. The Mountain Meadow Retreat also offers a stacked full-sized washer/dryer, A/C, heat, and an indoor fireplace in the living room.

All leases must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, unless to an existing Forest Highlands Member. Use of any of the common area facilities (Golf Courses, Golf Practice Areas, Golf Cart Paths, Putting Course, Pools Tennis Courts, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Sports Park, Ponds/Lakes, disc golf course, playgrounds, etc ) is strictly prohibited by anyone leasing a home unless accompanied by an FH member. Renting or leasing a home in Forest Highlands gives you access for ingress and egress to the home only, and use of the roads and walking trail for walking/biking."
