Welcome to our spacious, modern 1 Bed/ 1 Bath Oceanfront Beach Home. Approximately 874 sq ft of space is made available to you with tons of character, luxury finishes, high ceilings, and southeast-facing patio windows.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious 1 bedroom with A Queen sized bed. The bedroom is equipped with nightstands and bedside lamps and a large dresser with drawers. Small TV.

CLOSET
A full-sized closet with hangers is available in the main entrance with an iron, an iron board, beach chairs & umbrella.

BATHROOM
Renovated bathroom with modern finishes, glass shower
• hand towels, bath towels, face cloths
• Hairdryer.

KITCHEN
Modern kitchen with big appliances and granite countertops.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following:
Dishware: dinner plates, salad plates, soup/cereal bowls, large coffee mugs
Flatware: table knives, table forks, salad/dessert forks, dessert/soup spoons, coffee/teaspoons, serving fork, serving spoons
• Wine Glasses/Water glasses, a wine bottle opener.
• Kitchen Accessories: can opener, cooking spatula, ladle, veggie peeler, cutting board, dish scrub, dish towels, , salad bowl,.

ENTERTAINMENT
Sit back and relax in the living room & enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The TV is equipped with cable & Netflix. Guests should use their own credentials for Netflix. Complimentary fiber-optic WIFI.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chip card that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chip card at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs 1,85/use, Dryer costs 1,85/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)

1) Key Fob (non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of 30$USD for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults.  Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.

2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want"

Upon arrival, you must also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3901 building. Covered and non-covered parking lots are available.

Parking fees are payable in cash or by credit card (cash is preferred if the credit card processing system is out of order):

- 1 Week : $75 *e.g., if you stay 2 or 5 days, resort will charge $75
- 2 Weeks : $100
- 3 Weeks : $125
- 1 Month:$150


*note: the resort asks for a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.

3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and having your packages delivered to the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stLIVING ROOM
