In the residence forest house modern holiday apartments with all Einrichtungskomfort are available. The complex is based on the well-known Usedom resort architecture. You will find the typical bay windows and balconies of the old Ostseevillen. Only 200 m from here to the 40 km long Baltic Sea beach. Here you can also buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman almost every day. Even outside the high season, you will gain new energy for the stressful everyday life with the sea and forest air.  The residence Waldhaus is centrally located. The building with an Italian restaurant was completed in 1997. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. Each apartment has its own parking space, which can be rented for an additional fee.

The large, bright and friendly apartment in the 1. OG is high quality equipped. From the spacious hallway with cloakroom all rooms are accessible - the bathroom with shower / WC and hair dryer, then the bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, followed by the generously sized and through the wide window front very bright living room with dining area, comfortable upholstered seating (with 2 Additional beds) and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped separate fitted kitchen also has a dishwasher. Finally, a storage room for suitcases or umbrellas and windbreak for the beach is available. An additional bed for a toddler is possible.
