Don't be fooled by Premier Host title or pictures of towels on beds and in bathrooms.
The host says, a “new rental” but since Townhome Pasadena (the host) was a Premier Host I figured it would be a safe bet since usually a Premier Host is considered a host that offers a good and satisfying product and experience. I was sadly disappointed. Our party arrived to find a unit, that while large, was not cleaned well. An overwhelming carpet smell from, what I believe might be, powder carpet cleaner. The carpet on the bottom flight of stairs is very dirty. The main point of dissatisfaction was there were about three bath towels in the entire place. When I asked our host for 7 to accommodate the entire party plus 7 wash cloths and 7 hand towels, they said they didn’t have that many. We thought that odd to advertise for 8 people but not provide enough towels. My expectation was the unit would come with bath towels and hand towels or wash cloths for our group but for sure enough bath towels. We weren’t sure if the towels that were there were cleaned as they weren’t neatly rolled on beds rather two bathrms had one bath towel each fully opened, as if drying, on the rack. I then wondered if the bedsheets were cleaned (some of use chose to wash before use) . The stove top was dirty with rice and other food items and the above fan unit was “dripping” with oil and extremely dirty…and so on. There was a marijunana cigarette butt under an upper bed and loads of dust. Also the phone number ending-6970 is incorrect.
