Apartment 07:
The very spacious apartment is very special with the beautiful, surrounding sunny living veranda and sea view. It is located in the 1. Floor of the house, is 115 m² in size and can accommodate 4-6 people and a toddler. Completely rebuilt, re-equipped and furnished in 2017, it combines resort architecture with individual, creative and stylish furnishings. The focal point is the open kitchen with lounge area.  The room opens onto the bright, sunny veranda with dining area. The solid wood furniture emphasizes the unique character of the Gründerzeit apartment and offers a special living experience right on the beach. The seating areas in the corner verandas offer a wonderful sea view and are a special highlight. The large bedroom with double bed invites you to relax and dream. On the small adjoining veranda is an armchair for reading, which can be pulled out to a comfortable single bed. The second bedroom also has a large wicker bed and a beautiful closet that emphasizes the pleasant atmosphere. The shower room sets with clear tiles and fixtures clear accents. The second bright bathroom is perfect for living with several people. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the basement. Bicycles can be set in a separate room.   A cot with linen and a high chair are available free of charge.  

In the best beach situation of Bansin the generous house was built in the style of the bath architecture around 1900.  It is family owned and run personally. The apartments with their sunny verandas are modern and individually furnished and offer a beautiful view of the sea, the Schloonsee or the traditional place. Live right by the sea - pleasant and cozy with flair!

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
