From a huge walk in rain shower, to a spice rack filled with spices, and there are extra pillows and blankets in storage containers tucked under the bed.The fridge has been stocked with the basic needed condiments. Hulu, Disney, ESPN, and other apps like cinema are available to stream on the smart tv / fire stick. Relax and watch your favorite shows on the 65 inch TV, all from under the cozy blanket of the spacious memory foam king bed. Out door fire pit for your enjoyment. You may need to buy your own firewood or replace any firewood that you use.

Neighborhood description
If you love soaking up the sun on the beach you will love how close we are to many of the best beaches in Florida. But at the same time you escape the busy hotel crowded atmosphere. We live on a quiet street. Located in walking distance from shopping, Coffee shops, grocery stores, and public transportation. Uber, Uber Eats, Instacart, doordash, and lift services are available in my area. Ross, TJ-Max, Publix, Dunkin Donuts, Walmart...etc located within a mile of our home.

We are super close to everything. 5 min or less from Walmart, Ross, TJ Max, and Publix.

Parking is available on the street. INDOOR LIVING SPACE:
1 Studio, 1 full bathroom, dining table with nook, 1 Smart TV, washer, dryer, towels & linens, extra pillows & blankets, and beach towels

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with cooking basics, dishware/flatware, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and hot water kettle

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Shared yard, covered patio deck, gas grill, fire pit, lounge space, hammock, kids toys, and egg chair swing. You may need to buy your own firewood or replace any firewood that you use.


GENERAL:
Free highspeed WiFi, central air conditioning/heat, iron/iron board, hair dryer, pack n-play crib, board games, beach blankets, sand toys, beach umbrella, and a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc.
