Well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch w gas fireplace, ductless AC, fenced in front yard, and private deck in backyard conveniently located close to Craigville beach and Four Seas ice cream. Centrally located in Cape Cod, 20 minutes Falmouth and Chatham or 10 minutes to Hyannis restaurants, night life, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Enjoy a less busy Cape Cod but still enjoy many of the amenities visiting the different areas, restaurants, biking/hiking trails, beach and much more.
