Second bedroom is an oversized bedroom, has a queen bed with a new premium mattress Owned and managed by an American-Armenian. 3 min walk to grocery, cafes, pharmacies, & shopping. Near public transportation. Completely renovated, all new refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, & dishwasher. Two new mini-split a/c & heating, no extra fee.
