About this property

Moin and welcome. Nice that you are here and are interested. I hope that I can convince you to come here for a few days. You get a great apartment right at the foot of the Harz. The apartment is freshly renovated and renovated. It comprises a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen in the living and dining room and two bedrooms. You are in 5 minutes by car in Goslar. Optionally, directly at the house the forest lures for hiking. Summer and winter are fun here.
You have a complete floor for you. A secluded area that offers everything you need for a great time and a great holiday. The apartment has in all rooms new windows (except the skylights) and electric external blinds. So rest and long sleep in the morning is guaranteed.
A kitchenette with everything you need from breakfast to lunch and dinner is on site. And the annoying rinsing takes over the little machine for you. Thus you have more time for the pleasure. Many programs in two rooms are available to you via the SAT system, and if that is not enough, you are welcome to bring along a DVD and watch them.
The living area has a comfortable sofa. Here you can be wonderfully lazy, read a book or just entertain yourself. At the seating you can not only feed, but also spend a fun evening with games. A small selection of books and games are already available for you.
The approximately 900m ² plot also invites you to play and linger. A swing and a climbing tower with a slide is also there for the children. A seating outside is still in planning / work, but can be quickly improvised. Since I'm fresh at the start, the stairwell is still on "old" but will soon be edited and made just for you pretty. And you do not see that when you stay in the apartment;)
The house was completely rebuilt in 2017 and energetically refurbished. When renovating the attic, the roof insulation was completely renovated. So everything is done that you and you can feel comfortable.
Guest you are with me and my little daughter. We will be there for you as best we can. Since I still have a little work, but I like to be available from 17 clock for you. Optionally, of course, a certain news service via mobile phone is possible.

Mit Liebe zum Detail

Eine tolle Fewo, die durchaus zum länger Verweilen bzw. Wiederkehren einläd. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine kleine süße Begrüßung auf jedem Bett wartet auch auf einen. Bettwäsche ist bereits aufgezogen und Handtücher sind auch für jeden Gast bereitgelegt- und riechen wunderbar.;-) Die Begrüßung bei Ankunft war auch super nett und angenehm locker- nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig Info. Olaf ist ein super Gastgeber!!! Wir waren leider nur für ein Wochenende da. Eine Woche wäre perfekt gewesen. Wir waren jetzt als lustige Mädelstruppe im Alter zwischen 30 und 40 Jahren unterwegs. Ist aber auch super für Familien geeignet! Keine zusammen gewürfelten Möbel, sondern wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. :-) Wer gerne wandert, ist dort goldrichtig: in wenigen Minuten ist man an der tollen Talsperre. Für Besorgungen hat man besser ein Auto dabei- aber zu Fuß kommt dort vermutlich auch niemand angereist. Es ist nicht weit bis zur schönen Altstadt von Goslar und auch andere Städte etc sind mit dem Auto gut anzusteuern. Fazit: Tip top!!! Vielleicht bis irgendwann mal.;-)
