False Advertisement by VBRO

I am completely disappointed with VRBO - The southernmost resort was a perfect location but when we checked in I was told that we had 3 separate rooms rather than the 3 bedroom unit with a joined living area that I was told online that I had booked. Total cost was $9,300 for 3 rooms for 3 nights - going directly thru the resort would have been $1,700 cheaper per room- When booking the picture is not accurate no house looks like the one pictured here- no room was next to each other and 1 room had bowel movement all over "clean towels" when we checked in. I have used VBRO about 10 times and never have I seen such a bait and switch- when I called the facility couldn't help and whomever VBRO uses as a 3rd party vendor for complaints didn't understand anything I said. Moving forward we won't be using VBRO anymore. Our trip was fun because we made the best of it but don't book this trip here go to the actual hotel and book you will save yourself thousands of dollars. Southernmost resort did come clean the room quickly the pool was nice the beach was nice the staff was nice - but what I booked based off the description and pictures is not what I got and it was significantly more expensive than it needed to be - I called VBRO immediately once we arrived and they were no help - buyer beware.
