About this property

Located directly on the idyllic landscape protection area of the Schleiufer, this spacious holiday apartment convinces with a free water view through floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, the immediate proximity to nature and a private wellness area.

When the reed of Schleiufer sways slightly in the Baltic Sea breeze and wild geese and swans wake up on the water, then the day can begin - of course, with a view of the water. Adjacent to the living and dining area, two terraces invite you to sunbathe. From the water terrace you can watch sailboats sailing by in a cool drink on comfortable sun loungers. Whether joint BBQ or romantic candlelight dinner at sunset, you will never get enough of this sea view.

The large green lawn in front of the house offers enough space to relax and sunbathe. The playground of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the harbor promenade are located within walking distance.

The apartment Möwenblick also scores with a private spa area: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy and a large relaxation whirlpool with water views are available after the beach walk for deep relaxation.

On holiday is time for creative cooking - the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Holiday meals with a view of the water right on the Schlei - pure holiday feeling.

It is cuddly in the living room, because a cozy seating area invites you to a cozy fireplace even on Nordic Schietwetter days.

On the second level is the relaxation area of the apartment. The master bedroom has a fantastic Schleiblick. Falling asleep under the stars - a skylight allows not only the view of the starry sky, but also in dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north.

For extra comfort, another shower room at the first level.

A private parking space and a separate bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.

Our favorite spot: take a sundowner on the terrace after a long day on the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

Diese Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der große Balkon ist leider in Nordrichtung und bekommt daher - wenn überhaupt- nur morgendliche Sonne von der Seite. Dafür ist der Blick auf die Schlei einfach fantastisch.
