Im Juli 2 Wochen einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlichen Haus auf einem traumhaft ruhiggelegen Grundstück verbracht, wir wollten garnicht wieder weg!! Gerade in Coronazeiten das optimale Haus, alles mit Mietwagen schnell zu erreichen, die Agentur von Herrn Endler kümmert sich so schnell wie wir es in 25 Jahren auf dieser Insel noch nicht erlebt haben. Wir werden dort wieder hinfahren, es ist ein Ort, wo die Familie wieder zusammenkommt! Danke

Beautiful Property in a Great Location
This is a beautiful property & lives up to the expectation of the photos. Inside the house, the design element is excellent & is a truly unique feel to it. The garden area is large, not overlooked & well thought out with a nice dining area & barbecue with a lovely view The house is situated down a small road as you leave La Perdoma and travel towards Cruz Santa. Despite La Perdoma being a bustling little town and the house being a few hundred metres down a small road, it is very private & quite. The area indicated on the HomeAway location map is not very specific, but if you go on Google maps & look to the LHS of La Perdoma near Barranco de Benijos & increase the map size you will see 'Villa Cesar Manrique appear so then it is easy to find. The main TF-5 road that runs across the top of the island makes it easy to travel for sight seeing, hiking etc and being the North side of the island the landscape is varied & much lusher than in the South of the island. We stayed in Jan so the evenings were cold but there was wood & associated items to build a fire. The property manager was very helpful as we had an issue with the wifi connection, but after a few wats apps a technician was organised & the issue resolved. If you want a peaceful escape in a beautiful property with the opportunity to explore the island by car then this holiday home will be perfect for you.

FeWo im außergewöhnlichen Stil
Die FeWo ist wie beschrieben, auch mit Geschirr und Haushaltsgeräten gut ausgestattet und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben oft die Terasse zum Frühstück und Sundowner genutzt und die Ruhe und Aussicht genossen. Den Kamin haben wir täglich angeheizt, weil ein Kaminfeuer einfach schön und entspannend ist, aber ohne Kamin wäre es auch sehr kühl im Haus geworden. Holz war dafür ausreichend vorhanden, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen, da wir es auch schon anders erlebt haben. Wenn man den Gesamteindruck noch verbessern möchte, hier zwei Anregungen: - die Duschwassertemperatur etwas erhöhen - kälter kann man es ja selbst mischen - weniger geruchsintensives Reinigungsmittel verwenden, das war am Anreisetag /-nacht etwas unangenehm Ansonsten, danke für die schöne Unternkunft und die immer schnelle Kommunikation.

Super Haus und Lage mit schwächen im Aussenbereich
Das Haus ist echt originell (ein Kunstwerk von Manrique eben), sehr sauber und ein echtes Raumwunder mit tollem Blick und ruhiger Lage. Ein Stern Abzug, da der Außenbereich um den ehemaligen Pool und einem kleinem Teich einen völlig verwahrlosten Eindruck macht. Das zweite Badezimmer der Beschreibung ist auch eher fragwürdig, denn das Haus hat ein richtiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen zweiten Raum mit nur einem großen Wirlpool. Im Außenbereich hinterm Haus befindet sich dann noch eine kleine Hütte mit Toilette und einer Dusche mit unbrauchbarer Dusche (kein Wasserdruck) und ohne Licht.

Eine Oase für Menschen, die im Urlaub Ruhe suchen
Wir wurden von der Gastgeberfamilie sehr herzlich begrüßt und aufgenommen. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen gut, neuwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet worden. Sie besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, einer großen Terrasse sowie 2 Baedern und 3 Schlafzimmern . Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen unverbauten Blick auf die Küste und die alte, malerische Stadt Puerto de la Cruz, zur anderen Seite blickt man auf den Teide-Vulkan. Eine Tankstelle, Restaurant, ein Laden, Bäcker, Bistro, Apotheke und Bushaltestelle befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Mit Bus oder Auto braucht man etwa 10 Min. hinunter in die Stadt oder hinauf in die Berge zum Beginn des Nationalparks. Es ist somit ein guter Startpunkt für Aktivurlauber, die die Gegend kennenlernen wollen, ohne direkt im Trubel des Küstentourismus zu wohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
