Theres a trail across the street that takes you to Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness. 2 miles away from Laguna Niguel Lake. Walking distance to Starbucks Sprouts,Coscto,Walmart,Target and Restaurants. Wifi,1 parking space in front of house,community pool and jacuzzi. No ac but have plenty of fan.
