About this property

The 90 m2 cozy stone house is set back on the outskirts in a side street. In the house there is a living room, an open kitchen with many electrical appliances and on both sides of it a total of 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition to the one bedroom there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, next to the other two a bathroom with tub and shower facilities and a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa, a bookcase with many books, a large TV with satellite TV and DVD player and a stereo. Some games are also there. Wi-Fi throughout the house available. The kitchen is well equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a fridge / freezer, the dishes are in a closet. Also there is a dining table for 6 people, directly opposite the large patio door. Outside, the residents can expect a beautiful garden with a pool of 7,5x 3m, equipped with pool alarm, a terrace with barbecue and dining table and all kinds of garden furniture. In a side chamber there is washer and dryer. The garden is a total of about 350m2 and offers plenty of space to relax. In the carport are a total of 4 bikes (26 and 28 inches), which are available.
Overall, our house may not be super-modern, but very comfortably furnished and offers space for quiet rest. A cot can be booked for 2 euros / night.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons séjourné une semaine du 6 juillet au 13 juillet 2020 à la Villa Mistral. La Villa est très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle. Il y a tous les ustensiles de cuisines, le jardin est très agréable ainsi que la piscine. La villa est très bien située. A 5 minutes en voiture de la villa il y a la zone d'activité l'audacieuse à MAGALA où il y a 2 supermarchés : un ALDI et un intermarché, une pharmacie et même une salle de fitness pour les accrocs des cours collectifs, de la musculation et du CROSSFIT. Nous avons pu également aller nous baigner à la rivière à ROUCANS. Rien à dire. Je reviendrais.
