About this property

Fully furnished 3 bedroom + loft! Tucked away at the end of a quiet neighborhood. Games, grill, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to enjoy your stay in Tennessee. Only ten minutes to Gate 10 at Fort Campbell and an hour from Nashville.

*We have arranged our home to allow access for handicapped guests as well. Both of our parents are mobility limited and we wanted to ensure they were comfortable. We have a toilet rail & shower grab bar installed and a raised toilet seat and transfer bench available by request.

Please be aware we have a camera at the doorbell and on the back porch. You will be recorded when outside of the home for security reasons. There are NO cameras in the house to be worried about. Please make sure you smoke in the area designated and use the provided ashtray so we do not need to pick up butts when you leave. Please pick up after your dogs before you leave as well.

If your stay is longer than 20 days you will be sent a separate, short term lease agreement via email.

Lovely and Well Equipped

Enjoyed our stay. House had more amenities than expected and was nicely decorated and very clean. (Would appreciate a way to watch local TV/ live sports).

Clean comfortable and spacious

This is the nicest property I’ve stayed in Clarksville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s spacious and very clean. All new appliances. Will stay again.

Great house!

This was the perfect house for us to spend time with family on Thanksgiving. The house is very nice and clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable which is rare to find in a rental property. The yard is fully fenced which made it perfect for our dog.

Beautiful home tucked in the corner.

We had a great time in Clarksville and really enjoyed this little home. It was really nice to go out on the porch and look at at the trees. The house was perfect for us and all the kiddos we had with us. The host is extremely courteous and attentive to any needs. This home is why we use VRBO to begin with.

We are a retired military family, 27 years, who’s visits Fort Campbell constantly due to family being stationed here. We have travelled the world and used vacation rentals many times.

Why they chose this property

This property was the perfect distance to our daughters home, Nashville, and things to do in Kentucky. It was quiet and there was a creek next to it, when it rains. It just felt like home when we walked into it.

What makes this property unique

Our home has handicapped accessories available to our guests. This includes a handrail in the primary bathroom, a shower grab bar & toilet seat and transfer bench and ramp upon request. We also arranged the furniture to allow for mobility limited guest to use their wheelchair or walkers with ease. An additional wing back chair was added for ease of getting up.

If you have little ones potty training we also have a potty chair accessory for the toilet and a Pack-N-Play upon request.
