Welcome to Apartment Family Marion Riedel,
our apartment (80 sqm) is located in the district Gaberlsäge.
It offers a large cozy kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with (bath, shower, sink, toilet)
A large garden with a shaded terrace and a sun terrace.
children's playground (swings, slide, sandpit and much more), Garden furniture, barbecue.
Pets on request!
We are a child and family friendly house!
In the immediate vicinity is the cycling and hiking trails, the outdoor and indoor pool (Osserbad), shopping.
Our second apartment is located in the district Gaberlsäge in the Schattenaugasse, about 5 minutes walk away.
With the GUTI card, which is handed out by the landlord, they can travel in the district by train and bus for free.
From 17 clock free one-time introduction to the Osserbad.

Unser Urlaub und Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war fantastisch!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön sauber und gemütlich hergerichtet. Die Eigentümerin Frau Riedel war eine sehr liebe und freundliche Dame. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts es gibt rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Selbst unsere Hunde fühlten sich Pudelwohl! Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt im Garten einen Spielplatz zum Rutschen, Schaukeln und Springen und das schöne ist, der Garten ist eingezäunt. Immer wieder gerne!

Jederzeit gerne wieder - alles tipptopp

Marion Riedel ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet – sie lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir (drei Erwachsene und ein Hund) würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, am Ende einer Sackgasse und man kann zu Fuß nach Lam in die Stadt laufen.

Super Urlaub...jeder Zeit wieder 👍

Super Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage! Nur ein "Katzensprung" vom idyllischen Wald entfernt. Alles sehr sauber und harmonisch eingerichtet. Wir können die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Es begnn mit einer herzlichen Begrüssung, sowie eine Tasse Kaffee und Kuchen. Klasse 😚 Alles sehr sauber und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Möbel sind noch alle Gut erhalten und passen zusammen und geben einen gemütliches Ambiente. Sehr gerne wieder, wirklich toll.

Der kurz Urlaub und die Gegend sind sehr schön.

Der kurze Urlaub war sehr schön wir hatten eine schöne Ferienwohnung Sehr sauber und unsere Vermieterin frau Riedel war sehr freundlich hilfsbereit sehr gut Betreuung und wurden empfangen mit Kaffee und Kuchen sehr lieb und aufmerksam hat auch immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben (wie zuhause) wir wünschen frau Riedel alles gut. Ich kann es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. E.Kilgus
