Ocean View Condo 137 looks across manicured lawns and lush gardens to beautiful Kiahuna Beach. World famous Poipu Beach lies right next door. Recently refurnished, the condo is tastefully redecorated and has newly-installed central air conditioning. The California king bed is exceptionally comfortable and the queen pull-out sofa sleeper has a mattress topper. The condo easily sleeps 4 guests and is fully equipped and supplied for an extremely comfortable stay.

A short walk (or drive, if you prefer) takes you to beautiful Poipu Athletic Club, with its expansive pool (including waterslide), gym, aerobics room, tennis and pickleball courts, and a bar/restaurant. Membership is included in your condo rental. Also just across the road is Poipu Shopping Village, which has great restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. A short stroll also takes you to famous Moir Gardens, hotels such as the Sheraton and Marriott that have oceanside restaurants and boutiques.

Why Condo 137? The location and the view are extraordinary... you will see the ocean across a lush lawn lined with palm trees. You are a minute from the beach. The condo is beautifully furnished with air conditioning. It is the best supplied condo in Kiahuna.

Why Kiahuna Plantation Resort? Beautiful traditional-style buildings with gorgeous grounds... lawns trimmed like golf courses, palm trees, famous gardens, ponds, and bordering a world-renowned beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Why Poipu? The south is the sunniest region of the island... far less rain than the north. Excellent beaches. Great hiking. Spectacular Waimea Canyon, with views of breathtaking Napali Coast.

Why Kauai? Considered by most to be the most beautiful Hawaiian Island. More peaceful and secluded than other islands.

Sorry we had to move because of bathroom leakage

Checked in on a Friday, was thrilled with the property and great view from the deck. Unfortunately had to move to another unit because of a bathroom leak impacting the unit below us.

Great location but the condo needs some work.

Great location!!! however, for the price it had a broken microwave and a second one on the counter, floor tile missing, bathroom mirror is needing fixed and ALOT of “stuff” like broken beach chairs and snorkel mask you would NEVER think of using because it's gross. It was hard to hang my clothes with a mattress pad filling the closet. Needs to be cleaned out and fixed.

Gorgeous view!

Located in the middle of Kiahuna with a beautiful ocean view over the massive green lawn. A few minutes walk to the athletic club and pool. Peaceful bedroom. Well equipped. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and what was advertised. Was a little outdated, but everything was provided. Property was gorgeous and close to everything. Would come back!

Positives and Negatives

There were positives and negatives about this property but we enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful with lots of open space and in a great location. The unit is well-appointed with everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. However, the condo is outdated and needs some maintenance. The sliding glass doors and screen stick and are difficult to operate. The bathtub is very high and has glass doors so it would be difficult for some seniors or to bathe children. The toilet is difficult to flush and you have to hold the handle. The microwave above the stove has a big sign that says "Out of Order" but there is another microwave on the counter. The bathroom mirror needs to be replaced. The unit is on the 2nd floor and this should be emphasized in the listing in case anyone has problems with stairs. We are seniors and stayed in the property for two nights so it was fine for us. Many of the units in this complex have been remodeled but this was has not. Thank you Paul for being such a nice host!
