Beautiful home located in Osceola County. warmly organized with your family in mind for a comfortable and relaxing moment away from home. Place sleeps 8 guests (additional fee after 6 guests).........

1) Clean used dishes and place back

2) Place garbage outside in the bin.

3) If anything is damaged during your stay please notify me so we may work it out and get it replaced in a timely manner for our next family. Failure to do so considered as breaking the house rules.

NB: Please pick up after your pets walked in the grass or any other area. Very Important....(Extra charge will be accessed if someone else has to pick up after your pets)

We are happy to welcome your pets...there will be a $50 pet cleaning fee. Pets are also TO REMAIN in the downstairs area.
