About this property

Villa Xipres can accommodate 8 people. The spacious holiday home has 4 bedrooms. The MBR has a bathroom en suite. The three other bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. In addition, there are two separate toilets: When you enter the living room, the large space is noticeable. On the left is a flat screen TV with internet access. Thanks to the internet connection, receiving Netflix is no problem. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the garden.The separate kitchen is larger than many living rooms in L'Escala. There is an American fridge (lots of space). In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, a microwave etc. At the back of Villa Xipres is your private pool. Due to its location, tenants can enjoy the sun in peace. Meanwhile, the grass is constantly being mown by Husky, the garden robot.

Please pay attention:

- Final cleaning is mandatory. We ask for a contribution of € 150. This will be paid on your arrival
- We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age
- There is a robot lawn mower.
- Bed sheets can be ordered in advance. € 6 per person
- Towels can be ordered. € 8 per package
- Tourist tax is € 1 per person, older than 17 years, maximum 7 nights
- We charge a surcharge for charging electric cars, depending on the applicable kilowatt hour price
