Secluded in the foothills of northeast Georgia. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. The perfect little hideaway for couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Home has all the essentials you will need to stay indoors as well as a few extra perks to enjoy outdoors. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub or a nice sunset while sitting around the fire pit Or stay inside to watch a movie and relax.
The space
Set back off the road on private 2 acres. House with 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Free wifi available as well and several places to charge your phones or tablets. Smart TV for streaming your personal account. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials needed for cooking. (Just bring your own food) Enjoy the patio with grilling right from the deck and eating outside in the picnic area. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub or play a game of horseshoes. We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

There is plenty of space for parking for up to 4 cars. Getting access is easy day or night. A key code will be sent for access the day of check in.

The owners are amazing, this place is so quiet, peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. We loved the face masks and bath bombs the owners set out for you! It's perfect.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect & Unique Getaway

I fell in love from the moment we pullee into the rental to the moment we said goodbye! So much green space to enjoy. The firepit area was a nice place to sit with your morning cup of coffee while the hammock was perfect for an afternoon read! While it rained on some days we did get to enjoy the hot tub! It was nicely maintained so we didn't miss our pool back home. This place has all the comfort you need away from home! In the evening we had several little visitors munching away at the grass (rabbits). So they were fun to watch!!! Thanks Terrie & family for letting us get a taste of country living!

Great little get-away!

Nestled in the hills of Georgia, this little get-away A-frame was perfect for our family! Sleeping arrangements were exactly as listed. Kitchen is well-supplied with necessities. Snack basket was a big hit too! Hot tub, firepit, hammock, and outside games made the stay even more enjoyable. Location is great for day trips to Commerce, Helen, and other places!

I am happily married to the love of my life. Together we have 3 grown kids and 2 grandkids. We have been together for the better part of 30 years and never had a fight. Even while remodeling this cute little place.

Why they chose this property

If the city lights and all the noise that goes along with it are what you are seeking to escape, this is the perfect place. You will have to listen closley just to hear a car going down the road. This property is very secluded and peaceful. We have everything you need to stay but we are also close to many attractions. Helen Ga is about 25 miles from this location as well as many places to go hiking during your stay. The frame with the hot tub and privacy is the perfect retreat.
