Welcome to our charming Cool Coastal Cottage property located in the Navy Point Area of Pensacola, FL, just a stone's throw away from NAS Pensacola. This delightful retreat offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay.

As you enter the property, you'll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a SmartTV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the property, allowing you to easily stay in touch with loved ones or catch up on work if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or dinner, you'll find everything you need in terms of dishes, silverware, cookware, and pots and pans. A drip coffee maker and blender are also provided, so you can enjoy your favorite beverages and whip up refreshing smoothies.

Step outside and relax on the covered front or back porches, both furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. The back porch is adorned with twinkle lights, creating a cozy and enchanting atmosphere for evening gatherings. Fire up the charcoal grill and savor a delicious barbecue meal while enjoying the pleasant Florida weather.

If you're traveling with a furry friend, rest assured that our property is dog-friendly for one dog. The fully fenced backyard provides a safe and secure space for your pet to roam and play.

Take advantage of the extra-wide driveway, which can accommodate boat parking should you need it. The property offers two bedrooms to accommodate your group comfortably. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In the second bedroom, you'll find a bunk bed with a double-sized bed on the bottom and a twin-sized bed on the top, perfect for children or additional guests. Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for your convenience.

The bathroom boasts a tiled tub/shower combo.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available on-site, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Additionally, bicycles are provided, giving you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the scenic beauty of Navy Point.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and we hope our Cool Coastal Cottage, with its fully fenced backyard, becomes your home away from home during your visit to Pensacola.

Cool Coastal Cottage is approximately 11 minutes and 6.2 miles to NAS Pensacola West Gate and about 54 minutes and 36 miles to NAS Whiting Field.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:  We are usually unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, please use the driveway to park your vehicle, and street/curbside parking is first come, first served. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes.

Getting Around: Pensacola is best explored with a car or vehicle as it offers the most convenience and flexibility. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available for shorter distances within the city. Controlled Companions: Keep your pet under control at all times to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Follow leash laws.
Excessive Pet Hair: We appreciate your help in diligently managing any excessive pet hair to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.
Outdoor Etiquette: Pets should not relieve themselves indoors, on patios, decks, or balconies. Please promptly clean up all pet waste. Failure to do so may result in a small cleanliness fee.
Responsibility for Damage: As a responsible pet owner, please understand that any damage caused by your Service Animal or Pet during your stay will be your responsibility.
