Atlantic Sunrise A is the ultimate beach house perfectly located on S. Fletcher Avenue directly across the street from the beach. Guest are just steps away from having their feet in the sand or taking advantage of the oversized patio with an ocean view.

Upon entering the upstairs duplex guests are greeted by a charming coastal cottage well decorated and well equipped! This space has been renovated and equipped with luxury vinyl flooring, new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer.

The kitchen is both beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials including a drip and pod coffee maker, French press, toaster oven, blender, pots/pans, cookware, etc.

There is ample seating with three comfortable barstools and dining designed for six. The main living area has a 55” Smart TV (ROKU online streaming options) with a sofa and loveseat.

The master bedroom offers a King bed, dresser, Smart TV, closet, and en suite bathroom with his and her sinks and walk-in shower.

The second room offers a Queen bed with a Smart TV and closet.

The third room has a Daybed with a Twin trundle. Across the hall, you will find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

This beach house is perfect for the family providing a variety of perks that you will not find in other rentals including a charcoal grill, cordless charging stations, bikes with helmets, baby bath, high chair, pack-n-play, kids games and books, beach gear and more!

Linens, bath towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
