About this property

2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom (58 m2) for 2 to 4 people. One laundry package per person for a stay of one week, the bed linen is already drawn up on arrival. Additional laundry packages, final and intermediate cleaning can be booked.

The idyllically located 'Haus-am-Haff', directly on the Geltinger Bay, is nestled in the green angelic hilly landscape less than 5 minutes' walk from the tax-free natural bathing beach with a large shallow water zone. The apartments are comfortably furnished with great attention to detail and have a furnished terrace and a lawn in the well-kept garden. After a restful night in the comfortably furnished bedrooms, fresh baked goods from the local baker in the bread box are waiting for you every morning to strengthen you for the day ahead. Self-caterers and cooking professionals will be delighted by the fully equipped, spacious kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). Whenever you want, you can retire to the living room with its comfortable seating, TV and stereo.

Each apartment has its own parking space. In the immediate vicinity you will find a wide range of rental bicycles, which can also be brought to 'Haus-am-Haff' and picked up again on request. Both the rental bicycles and your own bicycles can be stored in the lockable gazebo. The international Baltic Sea Cycle Path leads right past the house.
When you move in you will find the beds freshly made. An initial set of towels, just like table linen and tea towels are ready for you. Additional laundry packages can be reordered at any time. Any laundry brought along can be cleaned in the specially equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse and ironing station.
In addition to a small selection of books, board games, satellite TV, radio, DVD players and free internet access, we offer you entertainment via our WiFi network.
The mini safe in the bedroom is used for the safe storage of your valuables.

Erholung pur

Die Nähe zum Naturstrand ist bestechend! Ein Auto zu haben war für mich wichtig zum Einkaufen und Ausflüge bei nicht so gutem Wetter. Die Terasse,die von der kleinen Strasse,die an den Strand führt, ist gut einsehbar. Beleuchtung (nur von der Decke in Wohn-u Esszimmer) könnte noch ein bisschen gemütlicher sein. Ich habe meinen Urlaub sehr genossen! Aber alles in allem hat es mir gut gefallen und ich würde die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Wir haben nur noch einen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine zusätzliche Leselampe an der Couch wäre sinnvoll. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wir hatten ein paar Tage an der Ostsee in Steinberghaff. Das Haus liegt schön, es hat 4 Wohnungen, die alle vermietet werden. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll, daher waren wir auch mal einen Tag in der Wohnung. Es war nicht dreckig, aber eine Grundreinigung könnte die Wohnung vertragen. Hier und da Spinnweben (coronabedingter Leerstand?!), Fenster putzen, Küche reinigen etc. Etwas lieblose Einrichtung, Fernseher funktioniert nicht richtig, aber sonst alles vorhandene was man braucht. Auch der Garten könnte mehr Pflege vertragen z.B. War der die Tür des Fahrradschuppen fast zugewachsen, wir haben unsere Bikes gar nicht rein stellen können, zudem wurden dort drin die Gelben Säcke gelagert und schon länger nicht entsorgt, demnach stank es ziemlich. Wir würden nicht nochmal hingehen.
