About this property

The 2 1/2 room penthouse can accommodate 2 (max 3 persons). A bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed. From the spacious balcony with jacuzzi you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay. The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. Each TV is located in the living room and in the bedroom.

The resort has 7 pools, tennis courts, a basketball court and a small football field. There is a playground for the little ones. There is also a sauna. These facilities are free for the house guests. Next to the central pool is a small mini market, with bar and restaurant operation.

On both sides of the peninsula beautiful beaches invite to a bathing trip. The resort's transportation service can arrange transportation for you. In addition, it is always worth a trip to shop and visit many attractions in the approximately 40km distant city of Bodrum. It is best reached from Güllük by minibus.

The journey usually takes place by plane to Bodrum / Milas. From there it is about 7 km by taxi or bus to Güllük. From Gulluk to the resort you can take the boat, which runs daily at fixed times. The crossing takes about 35 minutes and is also free for house guests throughout the stay. From the boat dock, you and your luggage will be picked up by the resort staff and driven into your apartment. If you arrive outside of the boat hours, you can also take a taxi to the resort. The distance from the airport to the resort is about 35km (45 min).
