The space
2022 Open Range fifth wheel. Main bedroom has king size bed and 32” tv. Second bedroom or private office with a couch that make into a bed. Large Loft bed with 32” tv. The living room couch also makes into a bed. Full size 4 door refrigerator with ice maker, stocked kitchen with convection oven and a gas stove. Washer and dryer are there for you, or large loads the resorts has a laundromat. Enjoy cooking outside with our outdoor kitchen and barbecue grill.
Enough room for your car and up to 26’ boat trailer. Private boat dock on your lot with easy access to the Atlantic.
When you’re sitting at your private dock, keep a lookout for the manatees, you never know when they might surprise you. The resort amenities are available to all, but it is possible that they may be closed due to maintenance and repairs.

Upon check in you will asked for a $250 hold on your credit card. This is not a charge and will be released as long as no damage is done to the resort property.

The owners of this will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any responsibility resulting in temporary stoppage or defects in utilities including water, electric, internet, Wi-Fi, closed resort amenities, weather conditions, resort amenities being unavailable due to repairs or maintenance , acts of God, or any reason beyond our control.
There is a $10 resort fee payable to the resort when checking in.
If you bring a boat, jet skis, or golf cart there is a $25 impact fee payable to the resort when you check in. If you bring an extra car there is a $10 impact fee payable to the resort.
