Surprising - Located in a safe, quiet, Winter Park neighborhood the outside of the complex will dull your expectations until you step inside and are immediately floored by the décor and tech on display. The second you cross the threshold you will be transported to a whole new place and will feel yourself relax and bask in the experience

Colorful - The home is candy to the eyes, both inside and out, from paint choices, to décor, to the gardens. Something fabulous is always in bloom!

Relaxing - Two 58’ inch 4K Smart Tv’s (Bedroom, Living Room) Pool access located directly next to my unit. Private bathroom access not shared with any other guest, queen sized bed with some of the softest sheets you will ever melt into. This is more than just a stay at another Airbnb….

Security - Your belongings are sacred to us and we have taken their safety and well being seriously. You’re room is secured with a geek smart lock that will only open to you giving you and ONLY you access. You will receive your personalized code and access card upon your arrival.


You have full access to the condo common areas including the kitchen, Tv's, stove, microwave, and dining ware.

Your stay includes your own Private Master Suite with a working area, Smart tv, Private full bathroom, walk in closet with hangers provided, and mini fridge.

That's not all....

You have full laundry access with Tide Pods provided. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that you won't have to stuff weeks worth of clothes into tiny suitcases to quell the fear of being underdressed.

POTENTIAL FOR LOUD NOISE - This is something that needs to be addressed. Please note that you will be staying in a condo either with another guest or me occupying the other room. Like any shared living (apartments, condos) - there is a potential for loud noise at any moment during the time of your stay.

Our walls are NOT soundproof. If you are the type of person bothered by noises, voices, or any other random sounds of a typical household, you may want to consider another listing.

I DO NOT expect you, nor any of my other guest to sit in dead silence in their rooms. Enjoy your stay, watch movies, reminisce about your vacation, share good ties, and above all just be respectful.

We definitely do expect all guests to be appropriate and considerate of others. There should be no excessive loud noise or disturbances outside of the norm.

Examples of excessive noise would be blasting music or having a loud conversation on the phone in your room in the middle of the night. If at ANY time, it is too loud and you are being disturbed, please do not hesitate to alert me immediately and we can easily make adjustments to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
