Our units are fully automated. We offer self check in. Access codes are sent within 24 hours of check in.

Most amenities are walking distance from the apartment. If you do end up using a vehicle, there is parking available on the property itself. A quick 1 minute walk down the street will have you on the main road that is filled with reliable and affordable taxis.
Please be nice and respectful.

No smoking or vaping at all on the property. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in the parking lot. Smoke/vape censors will notify us if there is vape or smoke present. Failure to comply will result in a fee of up to $200usd

Pets are allowed, an additional cleaning fee of 25$usd will be applied

No Parties, events or gatherings allowed without written authorization from the host. A fee of $500usd will be charged for unauthorized party

Authorized events can be held for an additional fee of $100usd

No additional unregistered guests. For every additional unregistered guest a fee of $25usd will be charged

Guests must provide CLEAR pictures of passports for every guest that is registered on the reservation prior to entering the unit. Mexican citizens can provide official government IDs.

No loud noise including music

Respect quiet hours and please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm

A lost key card will result in additional fee of $35usd 

Damage to the property will result in additional fee of up to $2000usd depending on the severity of the damage.

Late check-out will result in an additional fee of $35usd for every hour past 11am. Once 3 hours have passed, you will be charged for an entire day of reservation for the unit you are in (please note that this charge does grant you access or additional time for the unit). 

No shoes in the house. Please remove shoes inside

No illegal activity or illicit drugs will be tolerated
