Showcasing modern mountain decor, the two-story interior comes well-appointed with all the essentials of a home. The sparkling island kitchen showcases a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances (with dishwasher), plus a variety of handy counter gadgets including a rice cooker for home-cooking convenience. The 2-in-1 Keurig coffee maker offers single-cup and traditional drip options for morning brew flexibility. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for six. Or, fire up the gas grill and treat the group to al fresco dining at the patio dining table. In the evenings, unwind by the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
