With 24hr prior approval, up to 2hrs early checkin, or 2hrs late checkout for fee of $100.00. Fee includes one or the other NOT BOTH, paid separately.

The BBQ is a $40.00 use fee for your entire stay. A cleaning kit is provided for you to clean the grill. Extra $50 fee applies if BBQ is left unclean.

Please follow through the Checkout List and leave house items in the same rooms you found them in order to avoid any extra cleaning, or itemized fees.

All things made right

We had a bit of a bumpy start to our visit, but once the owners were aware they did everything they could to make it right and they did. It is a lovely home, only wished we could have stayed longer.

Quiet, peaceful home

Our family stayed here during a family funeral, it was a perfect place to gather. We enjoyed the spacious home, as well as the surrounding area and view of the lake. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful liberty lake family home

We had a wonderful stay, the house is big and spacious with a great view. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating to an early check in. Would stay there again.

Amazing Owners and House!!!

The property managers are amazing!! They helped our family out in such a hard time with last minute events. I’m so greatfull for the kindness they showed. They kept in great contact with me and made sure that things ran smoothly on the booking and the house had everything we needed. The house was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Awesome for large families!! We definitely plan on returning here in the future! Definitely book this place!!!
