Great location

Check in process was fine once I received the information. I stay at a lot of VRBOs and normally get the info a day or two before. I didn’t receive the information until 30 mins prior to checkin. However, the location and rental are great and had everything we needed.

FIRE ALARM FROM 12am-6am

The check in process could go very badly or very smoothly depending on whether the owner is able to take your call as he has to open locks and doors remotely. We were unable to lock doors when we were out and about. On New Years night with an autistic child, the smoke/fire alarm went off for 6 hours because of a dead battery. The ceilings are too tall without a 20' ladder and the owner was unreachable. Even though they do not want you telling the apartment complex that they're renting the unit on Vrbo, i had no choice but to call maintenance to come change the batteries. I had 3 children crying for 6 hours over how LOUD the alarm was.

Great location to The Star

Nice, quiet one bedroom apartment, walking distance to the Star and restaurants. Kitchen had very few pots/pans and 4 plates/bowls. Not enough to cook a proper meal. Security into garage and apartment is good.
