The Esperides Villa is located in the middle of a beautiful pine forest, only 380 m. from a quiet sandy beach. This means that the guest can enjoy long and beautiful walks in the beautiful surroundings and on the beautiful beach at any time.
The summer house is located in an apartment block, but has an independent entrance, a separate parking space, a large garden and a wonderful veranda where you can look at the green and enjoy the tranquility of the landscape.
Our summer house is ideal for holidays from April to November. During the summer months you can enjoy the natural coolness of the forest and in April and November we offer portable electric heaters in case it gets a little cold.
Especially in summer you will find a quiet beach nearby. If you're a fan of noisy beach bars with lots of music and parties, you're only a ten-minute drive from the famous Sani resort beach bars, but you can also visit many other areas of Halkidiki within 30 minutes by car.
Nearby (4-5 km) you will find the established international Sani Beach Holiday Resort with its famous Sani Marina, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars and beaches to visitors who enjoy 5-star service. There is also the annual Sani Festival, where you can enjoy concerts and events with world-class artists.
