About this property

You will be in Disney World's backyard in this beautiful remodeled townhouse. Located within minutes of all the dining and entertainment you will need for your stay. This gated community includes two pools, hot tub, mini golf, sauna, tiki bar, gym & nature trails.

Bonus it's central for a beach run, is 1-1/2 hours to Clearwater beach on the Gulf coast or Dayton on the Atlantic coast. We just added a couple beach chairs you can take along with you!

NEW AC UNIT just installed September 2022. This townhouse was just fully remodeled at the end of 2021 with all new furnishings and bedding.

There is free WiFi throughout the home, with 500 Mbps fiber optic cable which is great for all your downloading, streaming or surfing needs.

The first floor as you enter has a fully equipped kitchen, a
half bath and laundry to the left of the kitchen. Next You
have the dining area with full table and chairs. Living room has a smart TV with 100 channels, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN and apps to your favorite streaming channel. We also have board games, cards and puzzles. Off the living room is a large screened patio with brand new patio furniture to enjoy the the nature preserve bordering the back yard.

On the second floor features an owners suite with a king
bed and smart tv. With a private balcony and it's own
full bathroom with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with a good size closet. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

Short stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet area. No problems at all. The only thing that was a little time consuming was going through the main entrance to get checked in and also getting a card to come in an alternate gate. Once we got that done it was easy to exit and enter. We would stay here again.

Perfect Spot

The unit was just what our family needed for our visit to Universal. It's newly updated and the community is very well kept and quiet. We would rebook if we decide to visit Orlando again!

Great place for everyone

This place is definitely a place to come back to! It was very clean and I felt very safe in the gated community! Very helpful and friendly staff. And the pool was a hit with the grandkids, enjoyable and relaxing! Location was great, close to shopping areas and theme parks but with the serene environment! Definitely will come back!

Very Close to Disney, quiet ,relaxed neighborhood.

The three bedroom townhouse has everything you need to be comfortable. The owners and property manager respond quickly when a need arises. There are multiple pools available to use,and a tiki bar at the clubhouse The resort has great sidewalks to get your steps in. The area is continually developing,many restaurants,Target,Publix,dollar store all within a few short miles Access to the Disney parks is less than three miles away! Stay late and get home quick The best amenity? The people staying and working there are welcoming and nice

Great location

Couldn't ask for a better local, plenty to do in the area. Great if you want to do the Disney parks.The floors need a good scrubbing. Beds were great.

This property is a relaxing place to stay after a long day at the theme parks. Its close to restaurants, theme parks, water parks and golf courses. You can take the day off from the theme parks and relax at the resort with 2 pools with tiki bars, mini golf, sports courts and miles of walking trails.

What makes this property unique

Gated community is very quiet and peaceful. You are just 2 miles away from all the restaurants and entertainment you will need. Getting to Disney World you can avoid the dreaded I-4 Interstate being located to the north near Disney.
