Penthouse Apartment directly in the town of Zell am See. Perfect base for your summer or winter holiday. The ski lift is approx. 300 m from the apartment.

The maisonette penthouse has 3 bedrooms (the 3rd bedroom can be only reached through the 2nd bedroom), 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Sep. toilet.
Lower lever: Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, dining corner, access to the balcony with wonderful view of the Schmittenhöhe and surrounding mountains.

The house has no lift, penthouse is on the 3rd floor.
Paking is available at the public garage in Zell am See, which is only a few metres from the house.

Zeer fijn appartement in het midden van alles wat je nodig hebt!

Zeer goed en fijne plek in Zell am See. Overal dichtbij, skischool, skiverhuur, skipiste. Centrum. Met 5 personen is het prettiger om meer zitplaatsen te hebben, een grotere bank enof fijne stoelen bij de bank. Dat is het enige wat we echt mistten.
