Soak up the sun while staying cool in the pool or lounge on the breezy patio with your favorite cold beverage. A mounted smart TV and bar seating provide happy hour entertainment. The BBQ kitchen comes equipped with a sink and prep station for gourmet grilling, setting the stage for family cookouts. A serene viewing deck overlooking the creek offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. If you are feeling adventurous, launch the provided canoe or kayak to explore the creek. The fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down - the outdoor firepit welcomes starlight gatherings.

The bright, updated interior features a single-level floorplan appointed with all the essentials of home. The updated kitchen boasts gorgeous counters, backsplash, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) for at-home meal planning. There's seating for two each between the kitchen island and breakfast bar. Full meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table set for six. After the day's adventures, unwind on the living room sectional while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV.

THINGS TO KNOW


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
