LIVING AREA

Unwind into vacation mode in the main living area, outfitted with a gas fireplace and smart TV. A wet bar off to the side offers a passthrough window to the outdoor bar for two -- perfect for poolside drinks.

A second living area offers ample seating, and a private office provides a sofa bed, armchair, and desk.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Upscale appliances include a five-burner gas range and a side-by-side fridge.

Dining space abounds. The kitchen bar seats two, and a breakfast nook seats four with two additional chairs. When you're ready to eat, a formal dining area offers a table for six.

BED & BATH

This chic home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the office.

Luxury awaits in the primary suite, boasting a California king bed, smart TV, and direct access to the pool area. Worthy of a spa, the open en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a water closet.

Two guest bedrooms each offer direct access to a bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. One has a California king bed and a TV, and the other provides a king bed and a TV.

The sparkling guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

Spend sun-kissed days relaxing in your backyard oasis. Stretch out in a lounger, sip drinks at the poolside bar, and take a dip in the private pool and hot tub. Your outdoor space also includes a gas grill, alfresco dining, shade umbrellas, and a gas firepit.

Parking for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. First-come, first-serve street parking may also be available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
