The fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master with king size bed and in suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has two single beds and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, sleeps 6 comfortably. The fenced private yard has a covered area with chairs, sun deck with lounge chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a dedicated work space with desk and extra monitor so you can work from the beach or have a comfortable spot to surf the web. The garage has a washer/dryer, beach equipment and bikes. Home has Wifi and streaming cable service, all bedrooms and living room have TVs. Off street parking for up to 6 cars with room for a boat, RV or jet skis in the private driveway.

Amenities onsite include free washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, full size fridge, BBQ Grill, beach chairs, cooler, beach cart, towels, and linens. St Pete Beach is located just 15 minutes from downtown St Petersburg and 30 minutes the airport. Pets under 50lbs are welcome, cats must be fixed.
