This beautiful new home built in 2022 is waiting to host your next vacation. Located on
beautiful Lower Kaubishine Lake. With great views from upper and lower decks as well as a
great three-season sunroom. A bedroom and bathroom located on each level give the family the
opportunity to spread out. Extra living/family room in the lower level as well. Firepit with a
cooking grate gives guests the opportunity to cook over an open fire. Within a short driving
distance of many restaurants and shops and only a 10-minute drive to downtown Minocqua.
Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. For the fisherman, fish include
Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye. The lake's
water is moderately clear.
