Très déçu / a éviter

Cartier très décevant, senteur à l’entrée dans les lieux étai tellement désagréable que nous avons due acheter des chandelles pour réduire la senteur. Serrure de porte affichait batterie faible. Nous avons communiqué avec le propriétaire qui nous a ignoré totalement . Nous avons couché une seule nuit sans pouvoir dormir à cause des trains qui passe au 45 minutes. Sortie de la porte le matin pour etre accueilli par un Pitbull. Vraiment non recommandé. Nous avons fait recours pour remboursement puisque l’annonce n’affiche vraiment pas des détails très importants.

Deceptive listing with non responsive owner

This listing was not as advertised. We arrived late due to a flight cancellation and had to message the owner due to not receiving entry information. The owner apologized and sent the access code immediately. While we waited to gain entry, pit bull dogs were roaming the street and a house party with blaring music, was taking place adjacent to the residence. We were in town for a video production and felt uncomfortable with expensive gear due to the neighborhood. The neighborhood was not as advertised. It was very sketchy and you could not secure the property from the inside of the unit. My wife wanted to leave and we went and rented a room for the trip. We reached out to the owner and he stopped responding. We reached out to VRBO and they could not reach the owner either. He took the money even though we had issues with the property and refused to respond. The money was not an issue but the refusal to communicate was definitely an issue. We would never rent from this owner again. Be very careful, especially if you’re a woman, about staying at this property. You can not secure the property from the inside. The loud music at midnight and 1am, along with the neighborhood issues with safety, and the owner refusing to respond left us with a negative experience with this location and we would never return or rent from him with any of his properties.
